Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Effectiveness of the Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between you and Chongqing Nadian Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nadian Digital" or "us"). By submitting an inquiry form, booking a free consultation, accepting a service plan, or signing a service contract on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the forms and consulting services on this website. This Agreement becomes effective from the date you take such actions.

2. Service Details

We provide the following services to local life merchants, subject to the scope confirmed in the quotation and written agreement between both parties.

• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Consolidate store details—including services, pricing, addresses, and FAQs—into structured content for deployment on knowledge sites. This increases the likelihood of your store being crawled and cited across 5 major AI platforms: Doubao, DeepSeek, Tencent Yuanbao, Qwen, and ERNIE Bot.
• AI Digital Employee Rental: Deploy 7×24-hour online AI customer service agents (non-human) to your store. They automatically handle inquiries, answer FAQs, and capture and forward leads.
• AI Customer Acquisition Management: Includes content creation, publishing, updates, and visibility monitoring. Weekly performance reports with backend access for data tracking.
• Free Diagnostic Service: Eligible merchants receive one AI visibility assessment and a written report at no cost. This diagnostic does not create any obligation for future collaboration.

3. Service Fees and Payment Methods

Flexible service bundles starting at a few hundred yuan, billed monthly with no annual commitment. Prices and service descriptions displayed on the website are for reference only; final costs are determined by the written contract and quote agreed upon by both parties. We will provide a written quotation before signing, with no hidden fees. Payment methods include corporate bank transfers and other legally approved methods as specified in the contract. Upon payment, we issue standard VAT invoices or special VAT invoices as required. First-month trial discounts and beta user benefits are subject to the terms of the current promotion.

4. Your Obligations

To ensure uninterrupted service, you should:

• Provide accurate, complete store information including name, address, phone number, main services, price range, and credentials. You are responsible for the authenticity of this information.
• Please confirm the draft and launch plan for our submission promptly to avoid delays in the release schedule.
• Do not use this service to publish illegal or non-compliant content, false advertising, information that infringes on others' rights, or any content prohibited by the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China.
• Do not abuse the service, including but not limited to malicious form submissions, interference with system operations, or reverse engineering/copying of this site's content for commercial purposes.
• Safeguard your account credentials and backend access keys. You are solely responsible for any losses resulting from inadequate security practices.

5. Our Obligations

We will provide services as agreed in the contract, including:

• Deliver, deploy, and update content according to agreed timelines, with auditable process logs.
• Access the data dashboard to monitor visibility and view reception records in real time.
• Your business and personal information are strictly protected and will not be shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• Communication support is available on business days from 09:00 to 18:00. For urgent issues, contact us via Enterprise WeChat.
• Clearly define service capabilities, avoid false promises, and refrain from using absolute language in marketing.

6. Service Changes and Termination

You may terminate the service at any time. We will bill you based on the actual number of days used, with no penalty fees. Upon termination, we will stop content updates and digital employee support, and handle the offline or handover of deployed content as agreed in the contract. If your information is inaccurate, violates laws or regulations, or if you fail to cooperate for an extended period, preventing service continuation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service without refunding any fees already incurred. Should we need to adjust the service scope or delivery method, we will notify you in advance via written communication or WeChat. If you disagree with the changes, you may choose to terminate the service and settle fees on a daily basis.

7. Disclaimer

The indexing, citation, and recommendation schedules on AI platforms are determined by each platform individually, which we cannot control. Therefore:

• We do not guarantee specific AI search rankings, impressions, citations, or foot traffic. The service descriptions shown on the site and feedback from beta merchants do not constitute performance guarantees.
• AI-generated content is for reference only. Key details such as pricing, business hours, and qualifications are based on the accurate information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the authenticity and legality of the final published content.
• We are not liable for service interruptions or changes in outcomes caused by force majeure, network failures, adjustments to third-party platform rules, or policy changes. However, we will promptly notify you and work with you to find a solution within a reasonable scope.
• You assume full responsibility for any business decisions made based on the information on this website and their consequences.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the text, images, page design, structured content, data tables, and source code on this website are owned by Chongqing Nadian Digital Technology Co., Ltd. No part of this content may be copied, redistributed, mirrored, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. During the service period, any store content generated for you will be licensed to you as per the agreement. We reserve the right to apply our service methodologies, generic templates, and technical tools to other projects. Any store assets you provide remain your intellectual property; we shall use them solely within the scope of the provided services.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced under the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or its performance shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Chongqing Arbitration Commission for arbitration. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. During the pendency of any dispute resolution proceedings, both parties shall continue to perform all other obligations under this Agreement, except for those directly related to the dispute.

10. Amendments to the Agreement and Others

We may amend this Agreement as business needs evolve or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revision date noted. For material changes involving fees, scope of services, or other significant terms, we will notify you separately via written communication or WeChat. Continued use of the service after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In cases not covered herein, the written contract signed by both parties shall prevail; if there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the written contract, the written contract shall control.
